Which Is Safer? Nox or Poke Go ++

I've done a bit of botting, a bit of sniping and quite a lot of GPS spoofing, all on one account. The game became unplayable for me at lv16 because I am a rural player and I refuse to spend $$$ to constantly buy Pokeballs to catch 1,000 Pidgeys so I can make 10% progress towards the next level. Somehow I haven't been banned yet... maybe because I never pushed things too far in terms of xp/h or teleporting around a lot.

Anyway I have been using Nox quite a lot recently, but I hear it is actually pretty easy for Niantic to detect Nox and there doesn't seem to be any easy methods to hide yourself using Nox... so my question is, is Poke Go ++ on my Ipad any safer?

Can you elaborate a little? Doesn't isn't the .ipa also a modified version of the official app (and thus detectable?) and also I wonder if using an Ipad would be a problem cos technically it shouldn't have phone service outside of wifi range lol...
