Any snipping from 2 weeks ago not banned yet?

Using Nox, Sniped last week about 20 times in two days and then quit playing for 7 days, checked acct on the phone today and not banned. I wont be touching NOX again since I heard about the banwave, which sucks since I dont get out of the house much. I only sniped using nox, no other programs. Just manual.

still snipe 24/7 runing 4 days now (necro with internal sniping)
i dont use pogolocation feeder coz sometime they lot of spam so only pokesniper and pokezz
bot only find pokestop and snipe only best pokemon and best skill so my bot just run 5000-7000/h (the safer the beter)
i alredy have lv 38 but got perma ban, at that time only focus on exp/h but all my pokemon suck even dosent have best pokemon
so low lv and got 50+ pokemon with 100% Iv+best skill is beter than lv 40 got nothing
