I doubt It's a ban , try to change your location , If that doesn't work try to "Force unban" .

Bot is really good at visiting pokestops making a route and stuff but I can not seem to catch any pokemon and when I force unban it still cant catch any pokemons unfortunately I think Im catchflee banned or something . Any solutions Imadimad ?

Check your settings , you are probably just visiting and Looting pokestops instead of catching.

how to transfer config ??? (Transfering pokemon disabled)

Open the settings , you will see "Transfer type" , If you don't want to transfer at all choose "None" otherwise choose "CP" for example then right whatever CP you want it to be transfered and below it.
If you want to transfer all Pokémons lower then 500 CP then write "500" in the CP treshold . It's possible to filter transfer on different Pokémons , just go to the "Pokémons" tab in Settings and you check what you want to exclude.
