Why pokesnipers server is not showing on me in need the pokesnipers because it's more accurate than other servers

Also, before 2 days, bot could snipe every pokemon. Now it can't catch pokemons like Mr Mime, Raichu, Ninetales Kangaskhan and specially rare pokemons. Is this a problem or bug ? What should i do ? or did you disable it because sniping is easy for bans ?
