By tweaking the config.json

I'm at work but if I remember correctly you can set when to use X type of pokeball according to cp or according to catch chance (again I'm at work so I'm not sure of the cvar name)

You should really just keep doing that xp and don't go greedy.

Once you get banned, it might be easier to convince them you didn't cheat

Go into dreamteam>Config, then scroll all the way to the buttom of the document it will have this.
