I have used this bot for days and nothing happened. However, today I woke up and found my pokemon all gone. All the autobot settings are good. Anyone have the same issue?

Check your config, im gonna guess you had transfer weak pokemon set to true

I have heard about that but the virus problem has been fixed days ago and everything is fine until today. I don't think a virus wants to delete my pokemon. For what?

Would be funny if instead of banning niantic deleted the pokemon, cheaters wouldnt really prosper huh? Most of my pokemon were deleted but that was down to my settings when i was using a different bot.
