On my main acount i got 143/145 level 27, only missing Taurus and Kagazhan or something.
I spoofed and gps jumped all over my area, attacked Gyms ect. Manualy sniped, Earodactyl, Snorax and a few Dragonite. Been soft banned alot but can still log the account in.

Bot account

Bot account 1 is level 20 mainly botted around kijkduin (holland). Done 1-20 in 1 day at 20km/h speed. No ban no issues.
Bot account 2 Is level 22 mainly botted around kijkduin (Holland). Done 1-22 in 2 parts in about 48 hours. Botting at at around 20km/h No ban no issues.
Bot account 3 is level 23 mainly botted around kijkduin (Holland). Done 1-23 in 2 parts in about 48 hours. Botting at at around 20km/h No ban no issues.

Bot account 4 is level 24 mainly botted in central park, done the 1-24 in about 20 hours, is stil soft banned after 9 hours.

Setting speed to high, gets you ip soft banned, catching to much in 24 hours gets the account soft banned for 24 hours, posible hard banned.

So far as i can see it Niantic still has a hard time detecting a bot if you take it slow. Its only detecting crazy catch rates.
And thats whats gets you banned.

The Gps are propably the only factor monitored, that's why they added the limit of catch/pokestop in a day.
The new widows coming out asking is only an warning on the side of the app and not the server as it would take to much computing power to follow the speed of all logged players and send them a warning from the side of the servers.

the speed i set up as, was 90km in central park, i only get softbanned which gets undo in the next min automatically with the bot.

Noone really knows if it is a real ban for the moment, although it probably is, we all just want a real answer from Niantic, but as we know they suck as much as Trump when it comes to communicating

they dont have the need to respond to botters. they prob just ban the botters and some legit players by mistake and not give a shit about it

Took it slow, have under 50 pokemon in my dex, still got the data error ban.

Find it strange people get banned that easy and im wondering what im doing different.

Its not that im not trying, just look at my screen lol.

what about old accounts? any reports on that? on my main account (botted heavily, lvl 35, 145/145, 3k+ dragonites) i haven't botted in 10 days, account is still working ok on my phone

can they ban old accounts or only new (active) botters?

If you got Error message on your screen and can't log from what i heard and has worked for some people apparently is you have to change the device ID by using a bot or a rooted android, NOX, Bluestacks ect but i haven't tried it.

Last time they had issue they didnt commuicate either, it just they are a small company which now is overloaded because they ook on a biger project that they couls handel

Yep, it's confirmed, a "failed to get data from server" error means you are PERMANENTLY BAN. Just ran a test from my 2 legit account from google, my wife and daughter, in-laws, friends, nephews and nieces, all of their accts are legit and can play with no error.




Note: They have also deleted/erased everything in your inventory, i checked it with poke ninja and all my pokemon and items are wiped clean!! :-( sad!

I didn't remove it, niantic did it for me a few hours later, with what I think was a false flag on their part. do I still do it for attention? please notice me sempai...
