when i spin a pokestop it says "try again later", ive got no pokeballs so i cant catch pokemon, can someone confirm this is a softban?

I have 3 accounts 2 i bot on and 1 i don't the 2 i bot on work i can use gyms/catch pokemon/use pokestops etc but last night i was logged into my account i don't bot on walking around my neighborhood with some people and my game lagged out so i closed it and reopened my game and got the whole can't read data thing same goes for the people i was with and if you happen to look at the server status page it says Google login (US) Temporary unavailable same goes for PTC logins so my guess is that the servers happens to crash/lag and those who were on lastnight are locked out...Because like i said my 2 accounts i bot on i can log in and do everything they were not logged in last night so yeah

Guys, it's easy to understand , this tweet he says he hears a wave of ban , but not to cause panic to the players who are on the same screen ( failed to get game time ... ) they warned that the server is not for problems cause mass panic because both are on the same screen , the banned and those belonging to countries with unstable server.
