How do I solve this problem?1 I'm using bots and 1 account.

The failed to get game data message is definitely a "you have been banned message" I made a dummy account with the same IP and everything (I wasnt using a proxy because I stopped botting a while ago after I hit lvl 2 9) I was able to instantly log in catch my first pokemon all the starter stuff no issue what so ever. This is probably a perma-ban message the account I was using had been botted on but not recently at all I had just started manually sniping pokemon with the "teleport to them start battle and teleport back then catch them method" I avoided any soft ban for hours then poof banned and I get this message. So exp/hr botting seems to get you the Fleeing pokemon soft ban but sniping got me the no game data message which I am going to guess is a perm or long term ban.

I hope they realize if they ban all these people they will loose a good 3rd of their player base and botters normally spend money at some point. Oh well I guess.

Maybe 40% of the total accounts. But only a small percentage of actual players

@ About "Failed to get game data from server" error
It's a common error ever since the game launched It happens, when the servers cant process your login information due to temporary overload. Just try again later, but that's NOT a definite sign of a banned account.

I've same problem with you guys, my main account is level 29 and have much pokemon with 100% IV like lapras, dragonite CP 3000 etc. 1 hours ago i've just powerups my lapras into max level but when i open my account again it showing error "failed to get game data to the server" i've try using another ip is showing same error, do you think is a permanently banned or mistakes from the server?

yes i don't think half the world pogo players are botters. If it is this thread would have reached page 100.

Seems to be alright. Running a necro bot with French VPN farming in NY without problem. ( 30km/h, no Sniping, Humanizedwalking=true).Atrocious XP/h, but it still catches Pokémon.

make a new account on google and try to log on from the same IP that is getting the the "unable to get game data" error if the new account can log in you are most likely banned and it is not a server error
