I don't think it's a perm ban ou IP ban. If was you wouldn't be able to log in in any of your accounts right? For example, if i'm playing in Nox with 4 different accounts i wouldn't get ip ban in just one of them. If it's an ip ban you get ban in every account you try to play with. Am i right? At least for my experience i didn't get ip ban and i have the same issue

Exactly , if Niantic decided to cancel our account , and our data we should also disappear from gyms . It is logical .

i think its server problem. i still on my account with failed to get data server using nox bot. seems like its still updating the inventory. but i hope its server problem

yea that's right! When the game came out here it was like that. People around are logged in and playing while you keep getting the 1/4 Loading Screen and can't log back in. Which is majority of the case is happening now. Only difference from then and now is that We have the Message saying Failed to get Game data and the button Retry.

For the People TROLLING HERE SAYING IT's a PERMA BAN. Don't Be such douchebags and get other people nervous. I botted 8 accounts and 7 of them are working while the one im currently using is getting the Message.

First error I was getting 'Failed to get game data from the server' Then I tried relogging in then got the 'Our servers are humbled by your incredible reponse' error. Fingers at butthole crossed.

Once u are ip banned, they kick u off the gym...... that doesnt mean its perma ban

Was botting on a account as this issue seemed to pop up and can't access it atm but in saying that I just logged into another account and it's working fine with the bot, my brother who also bots and was botting at the exact same time as I lost the ability to log in, is fine as of the moment with his heavily botted acc.
