Same here. Managed to level up 2 100%IV Dragonites to max level

Still running it on two accounts, getting 7k XP/hr and 15k/XP hr. (4 hours run time so far, no softbans or other immediate issues)

600 candies on one, 800 candies on the other.

It seems like the Skiplagged and Pokezz sites are kind of hit/miss. Sometimes I catch 10 dratini's in a row, other times I go 30 minutes with nothing.
