QUESTION : bluestacks issue

I use bluestacks, (running a old pc other emulators don't work, I tried). I have tried to find the most recent apk for pokemon go 0.33.0....... is the most recent I have found. When I try to log on to check accounts, it gives me the error Unable to authenticate. I have checked servers and there is no issues. Anyone willing to give me some pointers or even a more recent apk. Thanks in advance.

use google play store? bluestacks doesn't need to download apk's from other sites

I tried that it says incompatible when I try, I have the most recent updated bluestacks.
