if u want to catch other pokemons as well ,
Edit line 9 "CatchPokemon": false, to true.
this will catch the pokemons on the way as well but you may lose the timed rares.

Either its a fake data or the pokemon is not there anymore at the coordinates.

Remove them from the list of pokemons at the end of the config file. there is a list of pokemons that are snipped at the end of the config.
