Use NecroBot , configure your settings to make sure you won't loose anything important and then run it. It will transfer the pokemons and then you can close it. Make sure the default altitude and longitude are your current position otherwise you'll get softbanned.

Me too.. which bot that can transfer pokemon under CP ?
I use pokecolor before api changed.Now all bot cofigure transfer all pokemon but keep 1 CP or IV, i dont like that.
