They changed the API time to 10 seconds... so RIP to every bot & snipe bot.

Are you referring to the change yesterday in which they increased the interval for detecting Pokémons to 10 seconds? That did not have any effect on botting really.

The response to for the pokemon and pokestops has been increased to 10 seconds. It is much slower, they changed this probably due to their servers being unstable.

None of my bots can run, but i can play the game my own from the accounts.
So im guessing api is to Old now and no ban wave.

Same here. Im currently walking to hatch eggs. I can see and use all pokestops here.. However I only ran 1 account and botted on 1 account. I didn't do the 500 accounts people were doing from home. That was stupid and was bound to get someone IP banned.
