Seems like in this Pokemon Go update Niantic introduced a speed limit at which PokeStops can be used.
If you get the problem that Masterball doesn't seem to interact with PokeStops, slow down your speed in the user.xml.

30 KM/H you need to bot less than that... to get pokestop or pokemon.
