Problem buying account.

I do not know if this is the right place, sorry!
Anyway, yesterday I bought an account in one of the sell trade and I am using it today.
The level is 32 and when I started there was no team, no name etc.
The problem is that when I use pokestops it just give me potion and pokeball.. like a level 5, although i am 32.
Is there a way to solve it?

If not, anyone that sell a real account?

mate, you have to get normal pokeballs and potions, too.
the other stuff is rare.
just use around 100 Pokestops and you will understand,
its normal.
your account is fine, just bottet.

Yeah, not the right place to post it but, even at higher levels it's not that common to get ultraballs and such. I usually get a ton of pokeballs and barely any ultraballs at level 33.
