suggestion - stronger moves for eatch type preferable IV

Hey

first of all i'm sorry about my low English skills ( in every post i will Improve it )

I have a suggestion to improve the bots.. if it possible will be great!
stronger moves for eatch type preferable IV !!

Example:
i got Gyarados 100% IV - type water but the primary move and secondary move are - "Dragon ......."
so this Gyarados have 100%IV but he is weakkk as ****** becouse he is water type but have dragon moves....

but if this Gyarados got 100% IV and his primary move and secondary move are water type (for water is primary "Water Gun" and secondary "Aqua Tail" )
he will be STRONG AS **** ( he will destroy anything )

every pokemon type have spcefic moves for his type...
so if there is an option to install in the bots some king of "moves for eatch type" it will be fantastyyy

and then we will catch them all, with the best moves for eatch type and high IV

I think he is suggesting updating the logic in bots to account for high IV pokemon with bad movesets and prioritize other comparable duplicate over them if they have better moves and similarly high IV

High CP does not mean he's good if he has a bad moveset or low IV
High IV does not mean he's good if he has a bad moveset or low CP
Good moveset does not mean he's good if he has low IV or low CP

We need some way to average these up and determine which ones are worth keeping over others.

movesets are known at the same time iv's are known. people can figure out what a good moveset is
