Hi,
2 of my accounts just got soft banned since then you cannot log into them via the app easily. If I do get in I do not see gyms, pokemon or pokestops. If I continue to try to bot I see the soft ban message.

Or you can find a pokespinner here on forum to unban you.

It's called lag, not permabans. You can thank Niantic for being cheapplied and upgrading their equipment and network infrastructure.

Or try deleting Pokemon Go data and cache and log in again.

You're not permabanned. Anyone saying so is a moron. Not seeing gyms/stops is a bug, it fixes itself.

I'm having a similar issue. The PokeStops I botted at are stuck purple hours later. Gyms won't work, and nothing shows up unless I sign out and log back in a bunch of times. Only happens on my google account meanwhile my PTC ones are fine.
