Some old ones might. If you're worried about security, turn on 2step Auth and generate an app password. Use that to login on the bots.

Agree with EvilWalks, it's much easier to login and manage logins that way, I've been doing it for a long time

Very appreciate it guys.... but unfortunately, my gmail account was issued by university....for security reason, they don't allow you to turn off 2 step auth nor generate an app key... the refresh token is the only thing I have
Thank you anyway

I can't tell if you thought you needed to turn off 2 factor auth or just used the wrong word? Seems like any decent uni would want 2 factor auth enabled? Which is exactly what you want in order to generate an app key. If you are saying they don't let you turn it ON, then that's unfortunate, you'll have to find an older version of some of the bots and hope they still work.

Is the risk really high for passwords being stolen on bots?

I would assume the risk isn't on the bot being stolen, but email account being accessed.

Yeah, well... who sees the information on the account being accesed?
I'm guessing guessing the devs are just cherrypicking the google authenticator? not sure.
