pokestops disappearing in central park

i got softbanned every 30min and i dont see any pokestops/pokemons

Have you tried to restart everything ?

This is a know error, to solve this you have to use nox and it gps spoofing feature.

Try to teleport a pretty far different location and then teleport back to your desired farming spot in medium steps so that your player doesnt run but teleports out of the field of site.

This way you should see pokestops again at the teleported location and they should update the whole way back to your desired spot.
