    Errors on windows 2012 vps

    If you have downloaded required files on windows server 2012 (not sure if this works on 200 and your bots will not open (get an error when you do) go to servermgr -> Add Roles and features -> Go to the features tab -> Enable .net 3.5 (2.0/3.0). That fixed it for me and I hope it works for you.
