What about this? Bot will evo pokemon when StorageUsage = 0.9% ?
My bot doesnt evolve pokemon.

2. "EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy": false,

Bot doesnt evolve pokemon beside "PokemonsToEvolve": [
"caterpie",
"weedle",
"pidgey",
"rattata" ,right ?

why do you even use it if you dont understand it?

To solve your problem edit this lines in config.json in your folder:

"KeepMinCp": 2500,
"KeepMinIvPercentage": 100.0,
"KeepMinOperator": "and",

You read this as:

"transfer away every pokemon that does not have over 2500cp and is not 100% IV"

so if you set this to

"KeepMinCp": 500,
"KeepMinIvPercentage": 20.0,
"KeepMinOperator": "and",

for example it will keep almost everything.
