Happened to me when I forgot botting the same account with another bot. Try to restart your computer or close all bots from task manager.

3. Start Your Bot > And MAGIC Evolve your pokemon if u have many candys

My suggestion to you and everyone here is to turn off lucky egg always on by editing it to False.
the line shoud read:
"UseLuckyEggConstantly": false,

if you want to maximize it's usage change this line:
"UseLuckyEggsWhileEvolving": true,

now i'm not sure if that uses a lucky egg during every evol session but you should get 115-125 evols from one session
the lucky egg may last until your next evol cycle but at least it will be used to the maximum even if it doesn't hit the next one.

it takes a while for the evols to work but I recommend using an account that doesn't have any pokemon or around 25~
this will allow enough space for your pokemon to use the massive amount of candies and maximize your egg.
