Do you have Java installed? Go to https://java.com/en/download/ just in case to download the latest version and install it.
After that, you should be able to run the bot by clicking on the startbot file.

I think Niantic made some changes at their end. ALL BOTS ARE NOT WORKING, regardless of version or types.

Niantec changed things at their server end. Currently, ALL bots are not working, including this one. These changes will need to be reverse engineered and can take some time. Don't expect anything within 48 hours. The new server also limits calls to 10 seconds apart, meaning ti will take longer to grab the information needed to reverse engineer it, and also will slow future bots down severely.

This change to the API also affects all mapping programs. Grrrr.

Well, you can use it without walking etc already, just click on the inventory button without touching anything else

Hope can test your next version soon. Follow you since v4 update till now, work perfectly with me. Maybe great if you can add snipper in this tool, or build a cross-platform tool as PokeSniper2. I'm running Mac, Virtual Machine only for catching consume more battery. Lolz!!!!!

Egg Hatching is NOT working, sorry for the initial false report. Just tested it and restarted bot to be sure too...
