I've only used PokeBotNinja, and didn't got banned so far (2 accounts). Never used anything else. So i think it may be safer, but there are a lot of variables when it comes to banning. People using speeds of over 10-15 km/h for 10 straight hours are automatically suspicious.

If in the 'Ignore/keep/evolve/transfer' config i check to keep a certain pokemon, will it ignore the rule of auto-transfer under CP/IV if such pokemon is lower than my setting, and therefore keep the pokemon?

I can't loggin anymore, or I can but once I loggin it doesn't display anything anymore my name, lvl and amount of pokemon, everything is empty anyone know why?

That's a so-called "hardban", which is a permanent ban. If you log onto your account via a cell phone or Nox/BlueStacks, you'll get "Failed to get game data from server" error.

Also a suggestion, since Niantic started with the bans (my 2nd account is unable to login).

Would it be possible to add a 2nd speed to oscillate with? In that way, instead of always walking at 3m/s, the bot can change speed from 2m/s to 4m/s and imitate human walking.
Also as they said before, but more human-like, make the bot stop walking for 2 to 10 seconds randomly every 2-5 minutes?

That's a so-called "hardban", which is a permanent ban. If you log onto your account via a cell phone or Nox/BlueStacks, you'll get "Failed to get game data from server" error.

And I assume there is no way to go around it? thanks for replying so quickly.

Sometimes when the bot spins the pokestop, it only shows the XP reward and not the Balls and Potions reward, anyone with the same issue?

Regarding the permabans... They might not be all so permanent (otherwise, why not simply display a more scary ban message?)
I read from a guy that he got this banned but it was removed after 12 hs. And I have a friend, who i know plays legit, got the ban for no reason. It is also wise to know that Niantic doesn't hold on to the logs of all the accounts. They only have info like the kind you can access (if you have spoofed pokemon from all over the world you might be ****ed, as your account keeps a record of it. Remember previous version where it showed where the pokemon was caught. Now that info is not visible for us but might as well be there anyway).

I suggest everyone who are having this kind of ban to just sit down and wait at least 24 hs

I see, I hope I can access the account soon then It was just my alt account, (obviously not botting on my main) I assume I got banned because the bot have been running for roughly 3 days now with some minor stops, I did though put ignore on alot of pokemon to keep the XP/h (around 9k-13k/h) more realistic haha gues it wasnt enough.

but can do whatever i want when loggin in from my android phone.

the problem, i think, is more server related.
as you can see here:

servers are not working too good (right now: ~722ms), it's like that for few days.

i think we need to wait for niantic to fix servers.

about the bot:
please add
1) smart transfer, like - priority IV VS CP and etc...
2) an option to save more than one account data (json file split to few account or json file for each account [ maybe choosed by username? ] )
3) save password option please!!

** move Map button to the location area (seems to me more related to be there)
** maybe (if you can) add a window of "uncaught pokemons", i know it silly but i really don't have the time to always check which pokemons i do not own lol.
** minimize to system tray would be great too! i currently using "RBTray" to do that

Ninja is doing great, i don't care about old accounts now, i opened a new ptc accounts and running ninja in vps (my home ip is banned), so far lvl 17 in 5 hours and not detected yet

I think you need to enable "Rob Pokestops" for it to work, because that's how the program decides where to move. It catches the pokemon, it comes across while moving, so if you aren't moving and are sitting in a spot where no pokemon spawn, then the bot does nothing.
