I would suggest SkipLagged: https://skiplagged.com/pokemon/#

It has an interesting feature of being able to filter by rare Pokemon, but it doesn't scan the whole world. Only densely populated areas

Unlike Pokevision, you can't click on a certain landmark on the map where the Pokemon is, to have the coordinates show up instantly in your URL for that Pokemon. Is there something more convenient for PokeSniper?

You can still get the coordinates easily from SkipLagged. Click on a pokemon and you'll see a Directions link - right click Directions & Copy Link Addresss/URL.
In your clipboard you'll see something like this:

Exact coordinates are the last 2 numbers Latitude,Longitude: 40.54383042435,-111.98257050456
