Tried with an account i manually created about an hour ago and still got that error seems it must be something wrong on Niantics side

I might be wrong, but I think i read at the PTC page that you only have 48 hours to verify the account and then account is locked? I'm doing it at the disposable website you used, but you should mention that if I'm right.
