The only solution to this for now is to open up log files of any bot that you've used and find the Google refresh token in them.
Then insert the token in the user.xml in the required place.

I thinkt he google oauth token issuing server is having problem, first time seeing this, and it's been down for 12 hours almost.
The game server is fine, (unstable but fine mostly)
