Alright, I've figured out how to finally make this work thanks to people helping me.
First off PTC DOES NOT WORK.

1) You need Vistual Studio Community
2) Extract a fresh copy of the zip. Change nothing except the coordinates in the app.config file.
3) Open Haxton PokemonGo Bot.sln in the MAIN FOLDER "HaxtonBot-master" (this opens visual studio)
4) Right-click "PokemonGo.Haxton.Console" in the "Solution Explorer" on the right side, select Set as Startup Project
5) Ctrl F5
6) Haxton window will open, Browser will open, login to your google account.
7) Enter the code from the Haxton window into the device panel
Bot starts

Note. I did ALL of this, and opted for Ptc. Did not work. Debugging threw a thread exception.
After changing it back to Google, this worked 100%

I've gotten PTC working. You just change auth type to Ptc with a capital letter, then enter your username password.

I tried that. It would login but just be sitting at updating inventory every 30 seconds.

Btw the stupid high xp/hr levels is because it goes crazy evolving everything initially! Once it doesnt do that...it becomes kind of a normal again - but definately the fastest bot i've seen. Roughly ~150k/h for me using the default location.

cant run the bot more than 1 hour its always stuck on inventory checking even the posted fix did not fix it
