Haxton - Fastest Bot Yet, 1-20 in an hour

So, I'm a bit lost here and I'm going to try to be polite and hopefully someone can explain a few things that might clear it up for the rest of us.
I have read through the entire thread here.

I've downloaded the HaxtonBot-master.zip. I could not find a "Release.zip" or anything of the likes from the original post, so I'm assuming this is the correct file.
I extracted the file, edited the app.config as stated in the readme. This is where the readme ends.

Now, all that is left is running it, according to some very angry comments here.
There is no exe file to run the bot. There are some visual studio files, maybe I need that.

I installed Visual Studio. Restarted my PC.

Went to the folder and tried to open "Haxton PokemonGo Bot.sln". Visual Studio opens up and I get "load failed" for PokemonGo.Haxton.Bot, Console and RocketAPI. I right click each one, hit reload and hit ok on the trustworthy prompt. They all load.
Next, I hit run.

I get this:
"A project with an Output Type of Class Library cannot be started directly"

I went to the Console folder, tried the same thing with "PokemonGo.Haxton.Console.csproj" same error.
Program.cs doesn't have a run. F5 doesn't do anything.

Now.. I understand I am an idiot, I am doing it wrong, I am a failure to my parents, I am a waste of air. Whatever.
Could someone please explain what I have missed here and how I can get this puppy running?

Right click on Haxton.console and click "Set as a startup project" and then just CTRL + F5

For everyone who has update inventory issue just go to "ItemListAndCount" and just fix the numbers so it doesn't exceed 350 or whatever is your bag space.

It didn't work for my PTC, maybe server issues with PTC side? But it's working fine for my Google. for the last 7 minutes anyway. Started out 1.5 mil/hr or so, evolving, etc. This is a lvl 31 account. After 7 minutes in it's down to 500k/hr. Considerably faster than my other bots though.

Down to 470k/hr at 8 minutes.
440k/hr at 9 mins.
415k at 10 mins
400k at 11 mins.
440k at 13 minutes.
410k at 15 minutes.
362k @ 25 mins
314k @ 34 mins

No lucky egg being used.

I was getting 250k at 8 mins :/ using your loc what options did you change in the bot?

The Bot in the first 10 minutes-30 minutes really depend on how many Pokemon you had to evolve right off the bat, etc. So the bot will start really high, but I'm now running 8 bots and they're all lvl 30+ Ranging from 210k-350k/hr. It's all going to depend on your evolves and catches. But it looks like you'll alawya sbe above 200k/hr. Which is still good.
I changed walk speed to 400, enabled teleport. left everything else the same.

Getting 260k XP/HOUR without Lucky Egg in Tokyo:

For the people saying "yeah well teleporting will probably ban you", so will walking at anything above 50km/h lol. So just chance it and go balls out. I'm level 35 and it takes me 1.5M xp to level up, and the bot is predicting it'll only take 5 hours which is by far the fastest.

The only time it doesnt work for me and does the inventory thing is when the servers are either down or unstable. If they're fine the bot goes on without issues.
