Your settings are ALWAYS the reason why your exp is low.
change to:
<add key="KeepMinCp" value="1200" />
this is where he gets all the candies from to evolve thus get alot of xp while grinding.
Yours is at 500, which means he doesnt take anycandy for every pokemon above that.

I dont even know why you changed this to false. the bot is made to grind/evolve/transfer in order to level up.
If you dont want certain pokemon to be evolved, change that in your settings manually.

download the newer version of Haxtonbot
and make sure you filled in this info (correctly).

fatal error means he already got stuck whilst connecting, thus being fatal for the rest of the bot since it wont work.

1 use my ItemListAndCount.cfg file. HaxtonBot-master\PokemonGo.Haxton.Console\bin\five\UserSettings

2 change coords "." to "," not dot. Make a point rather than a comma
