Tested. It works.

I moved my bot from Spain (where I live) to Dratini's nest. I didn't even waited. I just putted on the bot on those coords and I went to the toilet. After 5 minutes, the bot was already capturing pokestops and pokemons.
It sounds stupid, but it seems it works.
