It will transfer pokemon up to the iv level u set. I set mine to 94 so anything above 94% IV shouldnt be transferred

The filter has CP and IV. My questions are: (CP and IV) or (CP or IV)? For example I set CP 1000 and IV 90% and i catch a pokemon with 10 CP but IV 100%. Does it transfer my pokemon?

Mine isn't transfering at all lol. I set mine to 95% o.O haha

You are using low speed/radius and bad location, move to some location populated location, set speed to 50km/h and radius to 8000m for example.
