it happened to me twice, restarting helps but it should work for more than 10 minutes at best

Most likely youre "soft banned" for some hours, you wont catch or get anything from stops.

I made new account and started on my real location and no it is not catchin any pokemons, all got away... :/

thanks for the reply, but i mean i want to keep any pokemon with >500 CP
is there anything wrong with my setting? i already check the autotransfer, and yes i know i already transfer my old low CP pokemon manually

Did they update the softban system? Normally you still see Pokestops didnt you? Cannot see any anymore.

If I create a new account to use the bot on, do I need to start up the account in PoGo first to play through the starting scene with the prof and choosing the starter pokemon and ingame username etc or will the bot do this for me/skip through it?
