is there a way to tell the bot to wait, for let me say 100 pokemon to evolve them at the same time instead of evolving when catch ?

I've read that a few people are having problems pokemon transferring but it seems that a lot are having no issues.
I'm using this version (No Version Check + Location Fix + Egg Crash Fix + Origin Fix + Prioritize IV over CP + Use Lucky Eggs) and it seems either the pokemon are transferring slowly or something is wrong as my inventory is filled up quickly. I have it at these settings
