I erased the "username" and "pw" from the PTC and it worked for me.

That dosnt really matter
because of <AuthType>Google</AuthType> if it's set to google it reads the google username and pass not ptc, and if it's set to ptc it read the ptc username and password not google.

check your pokemonid name. those with the wrong name will get that error

top left : with ur gmail use 2-Step Verification u gonna get rekt with that

bottom left : server problem. try to reopen the bot
