Does this transfer pokemon under the CP we set even if we dont have that pokemon? Will this keep multiple pokemon over the CP we set? For example I would like to save all Eevee's above 600.

@ OP please address this so we can use the bot, it shouldn't be like we start the bot and it transfers all under 1000? is it? PLEASE CLARIFY! and give a setting to turn off evolution(can it happen if i remove all pokemons from the list)

That is your distance above sea level, can leave it at 10 and be fine.
