Hello all. Why my golduck transfered even though my KeepMinCP setting is set at 1000 in user.xml? Did I made mistake setting up user.xml?

thats because of your setting. if u wanna keep high cp instead of iv. change it to false

Still doesnt transfer at all

setting it to false blocks transfer function at all?

<KeepMinDuplicatePokemon>10</KeepMinDuplicatePokemon> change this to 1 instead of 10

You have IV prioritized over CP. It's in your user.xml. Set it to false.
