For all the people claiming the bot doesnt work or its broken because it doesnt transfer pokemon, if you pay attention in the config settings you can clearly see a setting called NotTransferPokemonsThatCanEvolve...it will be default set as True... change it to False if you would like your box to be cleaned out!

the bot is transfered my high cp , not low cp.. how to solve this

Any way to set the bot to recycle based on a combination of CP and IV?
I've noticed that if the pokemon caught passed EITHER threshold right now, the bot won't recycle but I want to to recycle unless it exceeds BOTH.

Yes, because <PrioritizeIVOverCP>true</PrioritizeIVOverCP>
if you would like to keep highest CP of each kind instead of Perfect percentages then set it to false
