Im having an issue:

Im trying to get rid of all my useless <1500 CP Pokemon.

I set <setting name="KeepMinDuplicatePokemon" serializeAs="String">
<value>0</value>
and <setting name="KeepMinCP" serializeAs="String">
<value>1500</value>
and <setting name="KeepMinIVPercentage" serializeAs="String">
<value></value>

But it doesnt transfer those useless pokemon.. how to fix that?

So here is my problem with more *details*.
I set it to hold Pedgey Weedle Ratta and i change the Evovle list so only Pedgey Weedle and Rattata will Evovle.

Someone has an idea how to edit the other files? I'd like to do some changes/ tweaks regarding some basic stuff (Inventory etc.) but with the Notepad++ I only get some random signs when I open the other files. Probably need some C# editor, but never worked with this language so far.
