i used keepstrongest one but i noticed bot toss out 500cp eevee and kept 100cp? whats going?

Probably because he has higher than 80% IV (individual values) wich is quite good even though it has lower cp it is has better potential, so on the long run it is a better eevee. Dont know why it was transfered though, do you have an eevee with higher than 500CP? Thats probably why it got replaced, not because you have a 100CP one, the CP doesnt matter while looking for IVs.

what does it means ArgumentOutOfRangeException - Restarting in log? and how long should you be botting? itis safe to leave it overnight when sleep?

Left the bot running yesterday all day long.
That thing happened more than 10 times but the bot just restarted and kept going. Nothing extraordinary.
Two of my bots have been running constantly for 24 hours or even more if we count old version of the bots

i did another folder copy ... but if i press to start it its open the first window of the bot and not new one \:

you have to copy the folder and edit the google auth for your second++ account and the you have to save and compile it again for echt folder/account you want to use

Guys, it is working perfectly. But I don't know what is happening. I noticed when my bag get full of items (still have pokeballs) it just let 95% of pokemons run away. Someone can help me?

No problem mate I usually stick to one spot for 1 or 2 days and only change places after long periods of inactivity. Its really not recommended to jump from one place to another in a short time, you will get softbanned, just change spot the day after, no need to change right away when you are done botting for the day.
