Is there anyway i can lower the delay of each thing he does? like pick pokestops faster or pokemons?

I believe you can edit it in user.xml I think it's set to 15 seconds or 15000 ms.

as long as you don't login on your phone from accross the world from the bots location you're good so Run bot close it after done wait 3-4hours open on phone to play local

last question would it affect the Pokemon i already have even when they low cp ? or only whatever it catches after it starts ?

make multiple copy of the folder

i.e. PTC1 PTC2 PTC3 same way as GMAIL that way you can run multiple bots at the same time

what does it means ArgumentOutOfRangeException - Restarting in log? and how long should you be botting? itis safe to leave it overnight when sleep?
