Can somebody explain to me how to setup the bot so it sends away all crap pokemon (Weedle,...) and just leaves the strongest, but dont touches the rarer ones, like the old version did it?

your inventory is full so you get no items from pokestops, only 50 xp
yyour pokemon is full
set transfertype to duplicate and restart bot- this will fix this

Man, it's working nicely, keeping 2 of each in the list (strongest cp and strongest IV).

Yes, very true. I'm still using the first version and have gone through each page as they were being made and read them, all same questions. At this point though its unreasonable to tell new people coming to the thread to read through 90+ pages and telling them to read only creates more useless posts so to anyone reading this, if someone asks for help and you know the fix just tell them so other people can see it without having to ask the same question. This is a community.
