Rocket API which you built your bot off of contains unnecessary(?) bas64 obfuscated code. Neer did you look at and reverse this at all before building and compiling? if so out of curiosity, what was it? To me it looked like the perfect place to hide a trojan/keylogger to skim google accounts, but I quickly lost interest and moved on. This was prior to it being posted to this community.

If you mean code in "Generated code" folder it is this AllEnum.protoAllEnum*6 RpcDirection UNKNOWN? RESPONSE
 REQ - Pastebin.com (AllEnum) and other base64 code in classes inside folder are pretty much same

Closing it or pressing any key followed by enter should stop it

Neither the bot, or the Pokémon go servers have been perfected. It will take some time until their rpc servers are fully understood. We are doing the best we can.

if it crashes when you do, exit out and keep doing it until you get a code that doesn't crash

If you don't see anything in your collection / pokedex as new then it was something you already had and in that case who cares, you can google a list of what hatches from a 10km egg

They are automatically hatching when you reach the required km. If you're not on your phone when it happens, then you wont notice it and the pokemon will just be in your inventory when you log in again.
