Can confirm the issues with PTC, their main site is also having issues. might just have to give it a good few hours gents. Google one will likely be up or is already up, soon.

OK, so I have done everything regarding the precompiled instruction, however I have one problem:

When I start the bot and connect it with the device I indeed receive a token code. When trying to paste this code the message that the process is already in use appears. So I decide to copy the token, close the bot, paste the token in the notepad user file, save and then restart the bot. When restarting the bot it says: '' #x of 100 retry request https:.....

anyone familiar with this problem and knows how to fix it?

It may seem like a noob question but do I have to always apply the authentication token after every time I run the program or is good once i get it right the first time?

Servers are down or overloaded right now. Try again later.

Rather than point you to the first page of this thread where it describes and solves this problem; ill just tell you. After you authenticate it, copy it from the command line and past it into your user.xml.
