Try to download fresh file, add coords and then build>rebuild and ctrl + f5

I am getting build errors, all I did was open the file, set as start up project a file named "PokemonGo.RocketAP.Console",and then I wentt into PokemonGo.RocketAPI > Settings.cs and changed the location there to NYC. What am I missing?

It seems to stop after around 5-10 minutes. I have experienced this 4 times now and I have to restart it.
Maybe a server issue?
