If you are not Softbanned and it spams "Got away" its probably because your Pokemon Inventory is full.

It's called a softban, the server is preventing you from getting exp and catching pokemon for x amount of minutes.

I think the "softban" depends on how far you jumped. If you didn't jump far you will actually be banned only for a couple of minutes

You could try that, although those are my personal settings. Been running it for 25 minutes then API server crashed (Nothing I can do anything about)

My inventory is full but I still caught pokemons.

Also same scenario every time I launch bot:
1. Caught few pokemons (2-4) at the beginning.
2. Visit a lot of pokestops and still encounters pokemons (but like 1 pokemon per 1/2min)
3. Just visits pokestops (slowly)
4.1 pokestop per 1min.
5. Nothing.
All tooks 10-12min then I have to restart and same scenario yet again.

So I guess our poke trainer is just going from base location (with a lot pokemons/pokestops) to some shitholes untill he can't find anything.

Suggestion:
Probably been suggested, but a way (after each pokémon caught perhaps?) you'll see how many pokémons you have in your bags. Same with items at poké stops.
