lol yeah he was popping out of razz bery ultra balls for me too and i even got excellent and great

i let him go, already have a much higher charizard from evolving. was only 892 for me

Staying logged out and watching this thread for a rare pokemon, then teleporting since you've been logged out so long won't give you a soft ban.
